From the 12th fret on up the high E string is definitely fretting out, and to a lesser extent the B string as well, even with the action set at a relatively high 4/64 and change. Neck relief seems good with just a bit of under bow to it. Is this common? Is some fret work in order? By the way the guitar has very low time player wear on it.
