WebUsing Windows for audio is always going to have a lot of latency. Changing the settings isn't going to help much. You need an USB audio interface like a Presonus or Scarlett. These run around $100. There are options available that are a little less expensive but if you get the Focusrite or Presonus you'll have a decent interface that should get ...
