WebRecently (end July 2024) I have noticed that YouTube will take the CPU of my MacBook air to about 100% in Chrome. If I kill the YouTube tab the CPU remains at 100% for about 15 minutes then drops to virtually nothing. I do NOT have this problem with Safari. I added extension H264ify to Chrome but with no improvement. Ideas?
