Then kept cycling and bleeding at schrader valve and back fuel line bolt. Still doesn't start. If I will remove the top filter and let the reservoir fill then put back together it will rum few seconds until reservoir is empty.

The filter seats onto the tube which presses the plunger down and allowing filtered fuel to the fuel rails. Plunger up allows fuel to drain out of the housing when replacing filters. Held in place by two T20 screws.
