WebI am not a very tech savvy person but this upgrade was easy to understand, very easy to upgrade and maybe took 10 minutes total once I connected with the technician from BimmerTech. Compared to others, it uses fiber optic wiring to keep the digital signal as clear as possible and the music sounding just as it was recorded. WebMay 2, 2016 · Bimmertech PP82DSP Amp I won't cover the install as it has been covered in many other threads. Suffice it to say it's truly plug and play and took me about 15 minutes. Like others have said plug in the USB connection before mounting as once it is mounted the plug is hard to get to and you will be using that connection a lot to make tweaks.
